AYER -- After a couple of difficult years with a youthful squad, the Ayer Shirley Regional High School football team returns a boatload of experience in the skill positions. If the Panthers can stay healthy this season, first-year head coach --but former longtime assistant -- Bill Wright thinks success is just around the corner for the Maroon and White.
